The Process
1. Initial Conversation
You get in touch with your ideas. We listen, ask clarifying questions, and begin to understand what would work best for your team.
2. Custom Proposal
We design a specific itinerary, outline what’s included, confirm availability, and provide transparent pricing.
3. Confirmation
Once you’re happy with the proposal, we secure your dates with a 25% deposit for bookings 60 or more days in advance. Full payment is due 60 days before your event.
4. Planning & Preparation
We handle all the logistics — location, equipment, insurance, permits, catering, contingency planning. You receive a detailed pre-event brief and a point of contact for any questions.
5. The Experience
Your team arrives. Our expert instructors take it from there. We create a space where people are challenged, supported and genuinely engaged.
6. Debrief & Follow-Up
We help you extract the learning and discuss how to carry it forward into how your team works back in the office.
Frequently Asked Questions
We recommend booking 8–12 weeks ahead, but we’re often flexible for shorter timelines. If you have an urgent need, get in touch and we’ll see what’s possible.
All our outdoor activities are weather-dependent. We build in contingency planning and have alternative indoor options available. Nothing is cancelled lightly — safety always comes first, but we work hard to deliver great experiences regardless of conditions.

For our full-day and overnight experiences at Cowdray Estate, meals are included as part of the package. For multi-day expeditions or events at other locations, we can arrange catering and accommodation, or work with local providers depending on your preferences.
