Mt Everest is 8,848 metres above sea level. Remote, brutal, and unforgiving — it’s been the ultimate goal for adventurers worldwide. Bear Grylls became the youngest Brit to summit it. Now, the Bear Grylls Survival Academy brings that same challenge, decision-making, and teamwork indoors with SUMMIT.

This immersive tabletop team building experience puts your team on the mountain itself. Every choice matters. Extreme conditions, limited resources, and mounting pressure mean poor decisions can lead to serious consequences. But here’s the thing — it’s thrilling, engaging, and genuinely memorable.

The Challenge

Teams race not only to reach the summit first, but — crucially — to get everyone back down safely. You’ll manage oxygen supplies, allocate resources, plan your route, and make critical decisions under pressure. Success depends on clear communication, smart delegation, and the ability to think strategically as a unit.

In a fast-paced 2 to 2.5-hour challenge, participants develop stronger communication, sharper strategic thinking, improved leadership skills, and a deeper understanding of what it takes to perform as a high-functioning team. The competition is intense, the atmosphere is electric, and the learning is real.

The Experience

SUMMIT works in any venue — conference room, hotel ballroom, outdoor space. No previous experience needed. No fitness requirements. Teams of 10 to 100 delegates. Our expert instructors facilitate the entire experience, manage the competition, deliver real-time feedback, and keep the energy high throughout.

All equipment and consumables are included. We handle setup, facilitation, judging, and prizes for the winning team. You show up, your team engages, and they leave buzzing.

Pricing

SUMMIT is available for groups of 10 to 100+ delegates. Pricing is structured by group size and starts from £2,100 for groups of 10–20. We work with teams of any size and can discuss bespoke pricing for larger groups or special requirements.

Full payment is required 60 days before your event. A 25% deposit secures your date for events booked further in advance.
