Design Your Own Challenge
Outdoor team building doesn’t need to follow a preset formula. Your team is unique. Your challenges are specific. Your goals are yours alone. That’s why we offer a comprehensive Activity Menu — a range of proven outdoor challenges that you can mix and match to create the perfect experience for your team.
Whether you’ve got half a day or a full day, whether you want to focus on specific skills or a mix of physical challenges and team problem-solving, you build the itinerary. We deliver it brilliantly.
How It Works
You choose from our Activity Menu. We help you sequence the activities into a cohesive experience. Our expert instructors facilitate everything. All equipment is provided. Your team shows up ready to be challenged, and they leave transformed.
Half Day Events
Perfect for teams with limited time. A focused, high-energy session that builds momentum quickly. Choose two to three core activities plus foundational skills training.
Full Day Events
Deep immersion. Time to build skills progressively, tackle complex challenges, and genuinely bond as a team. Includes lunch and a richer mix of activities.
All programmes include an introduction and safety brief, foundational survival skills training, and expert facilitation throughout.

The Activity Menu
Core Skills (Included In All Programmes)
Every outdoor event starts with essential foundations:
- Bear Attack & Situational Awareness System — learn from expert instructors how to hone your flinch responses and react effectively to dangers in extreme environments. Convert instinctive reactions into survival responses.
- Camouflage and concealment — move through the wild as one with nature. Learn to blend seamlessly with your environment while staying silent and invisible. A short, energising task that’s genuinely fun.
- Gross Eat Challenge — would you have what it takes to survive? Test your mental resilience. The winning or losing team faces the classic BGSA gross eat challenge — mealworms, crickets, giant water beetles and other natural nutrition. High in calories, challenging to stomach.
Challenge Activities (Build Your Programme)
Choose from our full Activity Menu to create your perfect itinerary — from axe throwing and air rifle shooting to Kim’s Game, the “Stranded” survival scenario and the Whiteout Challenge. Download the menu above, or work with us to design your ideal mix.
